Terms, Conditions & Caution

• Product Colour: The actual product colour may vary slightly from the images shown due to digital photography, lighting conditions, and differences in screen/display settings.

• Dispatch Time: Orders will be dispatched within 5–6 business days from the date of order confirmation.

• Wash Care: Dry Clean Only. Do not bleach or use harsh detergents.

• Cotton Garments: Slight colour bleeding may occur during the first wash. Wash separately to avoid colour transfer.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please record a continuous unboxing video, clearly showing the package, shipping label/address, and the complete unboxing process. This video is mandatory for return or replacement requests. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

• Inspection on Delivery: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if you notice any damage, defects, or incorrect items.

• Returns & Exchanges: Items purchased at a discounted price are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
